If the Leak Audit does not surface recoverable manual work worth at least three times its fee per year, on cost assumptions we agree with you in writing at kickoff, we refund the fee in full.
Fixed price means fixed price
Sprint scope and price are agreed before work starts. If a build runs long for reasons inside our control, the overrun is ours, not yours.

What people ask before they book.
About three to four hours across ten business days. A 45-minute kickoff, a 10-minute screen recording of each manual task from the person who does it, one or two 30-minute interviews where needed, and a 60-minute readout. We do the mapping and costing between those sessions.
Because a free proposal is a sales document sized to what the vendor wants to sell. A paid audit is a deliverable you own, with numbers you can take to your CFO or to a different vendor. And the fee is credited back if you build with us, so the only scenario where you are out of pocket is the one where you walk away with a plan and decide not to use us.
It usually makes the engagement cheaper. Most companies use a fraction of the automation capability they already license. The health check quantifies what you are paying for and not using, and builds go on the platform you own rather than a new line item.
You keep all four artifacts and owe nothing further. The roadmap is written to be executed by your own team. We would rather be the vendor you call in eighteen months than the one who sold you a sprint you did not need.
No. Most of what leaks in a mid-market stack is deterministic integration work, and a deterministic integration is cheaper to run and easier to audit than a model. AI goes where the work is genuinely unstructured, and never in the path of an irreversible action without a human gate.
