Torus Mesh operates torusmesh.com. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, how long we keep it and how to have it removed.
What we collect
Details you submit in a form: your name, work email, company, approximate headcount and the systems you name. Technical and usage data: pages viewed, time on page, device type, referring site and campaign parameters. We do not collect payment details on this site and we never ask for credentials to your systems through a web form.
Why we use it
To reply to your enquiry, to prepare and deliver work you have asked for, to understand which pages help people decide, and to meet our legal and accounting obligations. We do not sell your information and we do not share it with advertisers.
Who processes it
Hosting and database, email delivery, scheduling and advertising measurement providers act as processors on our behalf under contract. Analytics and advertising scripts only load after you accept them in the consent banner. Declining leaves the site fully usable.
How long we keep it
Enquiry records are kept for 24 months from your last contact with us unless a contract requires longer. Aggregated, non-identifying usage statistics may be kept indefinitely.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email us and we will act within 30 days. If you are in the EU or UK you may also complain to your local supervisory authority.
