Terms of Service
The terms that apply when you use torusmesh.com or engage Torus Mesh.
By using this website you accept these terms. Where a signed statement of work exists, that document governs the engagement and these terms cover the website only.
Use of this website
You may read, print and share the material here. You may not scrape it at scale, resell it, or present it as your own. Calculators and estimates on this site are illustrative, are based on the numbers you enter, and are not a quote or a guarantee of a result.
Engagements
Work is delivered under a written scope with a fixed fee and named deliverables. Payment terms, change control and acceptance criteria live in that scope. Either party may end an ongoing retainer with 30 days notice.
Ownership
On payment in full you own the automations, integrations, documentation and configuration built for you. We keep ownership of our internal methods, templates and tooling, and may reuse non-identifying patterns learned during the work.
Confidentiality and access
System access is granted to named people, is used only for the agreed work, and is revoked on request or at the end of the engagement. Each party keeps the other confidential information private.
Liability
Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Otherwise our total liability for any engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement, and neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, and the courts there have exclusive jurisdiction.
